How do you contact Yahoo and get a response from a real person?

I am trying to contact Yahoo to cancel a subscription so my credit card is not charged again.

"Click on the "Cancel" link displayed for the service on the My Services page.

Sign in with your Yahoo! ID and password if prompted to do so.

Click on the "Cancel My Subscription" button at the bottom of the page to confirm your change. (If you change your mind and decide not to cancel your service, click on the "No, Do Not Cancel" button at the bottom of the page to go back to the My Services page.)

I do exactly as is stated above but there is no "Cancel My Subscription" button at the bottom of the page" Can anyone help!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried emailing yahoo? Try this customer support website

and this one as well.

You can just email them from your yahoo email and they email you back. I have never spoken to anyone over the phone but these sites might help you. I hope they do. GOOD LUCK.
