How do you contact ashfaults classic movies.com?

ordered a movie from AMC Inc.(ashfaults classic movies.com) from yahoo shopping on 11/12/2007 (priority mail).never recieved my movie or an answer to my e-mails.i can't call the phone number listed it is not in my calling area.e-mailed several times and did not get an answer.how do you contact ashfaults classic movies on yahoo shopping?

in the FAQ section, they say instock movies take 3 weeks and out of stock movies take 3-6 weeks, i could not find a phone number on there site, usually not a good sign. there site has a physical address in the FAQ, tryto e-mail again , good luck/
