I just bought a bunch of music from Itunes and now I'm thinking about getting a Sony Walkman mp3 player, someone said I would have to convert from itunes to a different format. Is this true and how hard is it?

  1. you can follow this detailed tutorial to learn how to put itunes music onto your walkman:

  2. Music such as from itunes is DRM  protected. If you want to put itunes music to other computer or other music players, you need some tools to convert any DRM protected music files (such as M4P, M4A, WMA, M4B) to unprotected music files (such as WAV, MP3, WMA) and audio books to plain MP3, WMA, WAV files.  You can have a look of below review site, which introduces this kind tools and provides free trial, hope it useful.

  3. If your music is already in mp3 format, you don't have to convert to a different format. What you have to change, though, is the software (iTunes) you use to transfer your music. I'm sure the Sony mp3 player comes with its own music library and transfer software. You'll have to use that. It isn't that hard. Once you install the software it'll automatically search for your music files in the hard drive if you choose that option. If you're not going to use iTunes anymore, you should just uninstall it.

  4. You need a dvd video converter.

    Get it at totosoft.net
