How do you convert a regular layout to a skinny one but keep the headline area the same?

can i please have the code? ( no websites if possible =] ) i had found the code to make it skinny but the box with my picture and headline was really tiny can i have the code to keep that the same size? please? thankyou:)

maybe try looking for the part of the headline code in your regular layout code. if that doesnt work then just go to edit profile, profile editor, and try something with that. hope i could help!  =]
