How do you convert high resolution picture to low resolution picture?

Open the image in Adobe Photoshop and follow the steps
1. go to Image Menu -->in that select -->Image size option -->the dailog box  appears then you can decrease resolution 300 dpi to 75dpi and save as the file on to .JPEG format set the quality to LOW after that you check the image size. it is amazing. (nearly 4MB size to 50 kb file size)
