Final Maltose Concentration (mg.ml-1)

0, 0.1, 0.2, ..... 1

Molecular weight for maltose given me is 360 because its actually maltose monohydrate

since they are both "per ml", what you are doing , is convertineg the mass  into moles.... milligrams into micromoles

consider the ratio of Molar mass: 360.32 grams /1 mole which is the same as: 360,000 mg / 1e6 micro moles,... so you will be using the ratio 0.360 mg / umol  ,... or its inverse of 2.78 umol/mg

for example :

0.1 mg/ml  @  2.78 umol / ml = 0.278 umol / ml

0.2 mg/ml  @  2.78 umol / ml = 0.556 umol / ml
