Why would you want to do that? ITunes and all iPods play MP3s. That is why they are called MP3 players.

if you really want to convert ( not really necessary) get ease audio converter available as a free download, google it.

huh? don't you mean itune files to mp3, assuming they're not in mp3 format (protected aac files)? well, if you do mean what you mean, just find the mp3 file locations on your computer, drag the music files and drop them onto the itunes library. to comvert from itune files (usually in m4a or m4p format) into mp3, use software like tunebite.
