  1. You can't. They are completely different units. Fahrenheit is temperature, of which the base unit is the Kelvin. Resistance is (m² kg)/(s³ A²), which doesn't even have K in it, so there is no converting it without another factor.


  2. Metals have a temperature dependent resistivity. Maybe that's what you're thinking of. If so, the dependence is phenomenological. You just gotta look it up.

  3. That's degrees Rankine, not resistance, which has units of ohms, Ω

    The unit for resistance is ohms not 'R'
