How do you convert ur pics to .gif files?

I want to make those flashy picture things....

Most of my files are JPEG, what do i do?

If you have Windows, you can just use MS Paint.

a simple program can do that, like Paint

just open your pic using paint and click on save as... and save it as GIF.
