You just need to convert your video to creative zen avi, I always use aimersoft video converter, it can easily convert video to avi with high quality, that's really nice, you can check it out here for free

I know Zen supports AVI video, you just need to convert your video to the right format, then you can copy it to your Zen via USB cable.

Theres a Cd that comes with the Creative Zen    its awesome for converting movies    and i think it can convert almost everything    it reads avi.
