How do you convert your home made videos onto Movie Maker?

I made a video from my digital camera and I tried to import it on Movie Maker and when I go to the File, the video is not there. Plus it wont work on Movie Maker because it not in the right format. Anyone got any helpful ideas!! PLEASE HELP!

Windows Movie Maker accepts WMV video, and most videos recorded from Camera are AVI or MOV video, you need to convert your video to the right format at first. If you don't know how to convert video, here is a guide for you

2.import video to movie maker.

WMM supports .avi, .wmv, .mpg, .asf video.

Make sure if your video is compatible with wmm.

If not, some video converters can help you, like wondershare video converter, which can convert popular format video to each other.
