  2. you can leave the husk on and put it directly on the grill. Or you can remove the husk, place corn on a piece of tin foil. put butter, salt, other seasonings that you like and roll the tin foil around it and grill it that way. I would say for about 10-15 minutes.

  3. We just peel it and throw it on the grill. Then cook it till it browns. If you don't like that yummy caramelized corn taste, this isn't the method for you. One really good thing about this method is that it's much easier to serve to a group - off the Q and it's ready to go - no peeling hot corn, no discarding butter-dripping foil. Just eat!

  4. wrap it in foil and put directly on grill

  5. its gud.

  6. See below:

    1. You can open up the husks and pull all the silks off. Then, place the husks back on. Soak in water then place directly on the grill.

    2. Pull off husks and silks cover with butter/pepper, place in reynolds wrap and onto the grill

    Spicy Grilled Corn

For all you people who cook on the grill...try this one:

    4 ears corn, husked

    2 tablespoons butter or margarine

    2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix *

If you aren't much into taco seasoning, try lemon pepper instead, it's great too.

Mix butter and taco seasoning mix and spread over corn. Put ears of corn on a square of foil, double thickness, big enough to cover the corn. Before wrapping, sprinkle corn with water. Close foil over corn and twist the ends. Grill uncovered 20 to 30 minutes until tender.

It's a zesty change, even the kiddos like this one!

    Onion Buttered Corn

    1/2 cup Lipton® Onion Butter

    Lipton® Onion Butter

Blend 1 envelope Lipton® Onion Soup Mix thoroughly with 1 (8 ounce) container whipped butter or soft margarine, or 1/2 pound butter or margarine. Store covered in refrigerator.

    Makes about 1 1/4 cups.

  8. on aluminum foil, bro

  9. Brush on some butter, wrap it in tin foil.

    Grill away from direct heat.

  10. Leave the husk on and soak in water overnight.  Then cook them right in the husk without foil or anything.

The wet husks cause the corn to steam nicely while cooking.  Cook for about 25 minutes on the high grill and turn halfway thorugh.

  11. here is a really easy recipe for cobs straight on the grill

    Grilled Corn on the Cob

    INGREDIENTS:

    6 ears corn

6 tablespoons butter, softened salt and pepper to taste

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.

    2. Peel back corn husks and remove silk. Place 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper on each piece of corn. Close husks.

    3. Wrap each ear of corn tightly in aluminum foil. Place on the prepared grill. Cook approximately 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until corn is tender.

  12. take a pat of butter and wrap that and the corn up in alluminum foil.

    Takes about 10 minutes

  13. Wrap the cobb (not tightly, and don't completely seal it) in aluminum foil

  14. peel it, put it in some water for 5mins and then put it in aluminum foil

  15. I  don't  bother  with  foil,  or  shucking  the  corn... nothing.  I  just  put  the  fresh  corn  on  the  back  of  the  grill  and  turn  it  now  and  then.  When  the  outer  husks  have    browned  and  scorched  real  good,  (about  20 - 25  minutes,  depending  on  the  heat  of  your  grill),  it is  done.  Allow  it  to  cool  enough  that  you  can  shuck  it  down  to  the  kernels,  then  take  a  paper  towel  and  wipe  away  the  silks.  Butter  it,  sprinkle  salt  over  it  and  eat.  Let  everyone  do  their  own,  except  for  any  small  children;  they'll  need  assistance,  of  course.

  16. I think the best way to cook corn on the grill is to wrap it in foil first, but first spread butter or margerine on it before completely wrapping it in foil. When you open the foil it will be completely done and dripping in butter or margerine.

  17. get it a little wet, wrap it in tin foil, and set it on there.  Turns out great!

  18. Shuck it.  Wrap it in foil with some sea salt or course ground salt and butter.  Medium heat for about 15 minutes.  YUM... now I'm starving!

  19. Peel back husk and take off all silks, butter and season corn as desired.  Pull the husk back over the corn and wet the husks slightly and place on hot grill, heat about  12-15 minutes, corn will have a wonderful roasted flavor.

  20. Cover it in aluminum foil, then rotate it every now and then.

  21. put it in some aluminum foil and put the corn on the elevated part of the grill. check it once in a while to see if it is done.

  22. Cook it in the husk, or peel them then put them in foil.  If you do it the foild way, you can add butter then grill.

  23. You can also rub with butter and garlic powder, sprinkle with some parsley, and cook directly on thye rack or in a grilling pan.

Watch carefully and turn often--it only takes about 8 monutes.

This is my favorite way, and we have it often.

  24. you take the corn season it all up with the seasons you prefer and then wrap it in foil. I actually cooked this last night;) We always put our steaks on the lower rack and place the corn on the higher rack to prevent it from burning.....It is so good....mmm

  25. take off the first few leaves, pull out most of the silk and soak in water for at least an hour. throw it on the grill , turning often.

every 5 minutes dip the whole  ear of corn in a pan or bowl of water and cook for 20 to 30 minutes..

it will be so tender and juicy..

ps,, dont use foil it will take away the natural  flavor of grilled food.

try it both ways and you will see what i mean

  26. just put it on

  27. i use the husk.. but you must keep the corn hydrated so the husk  doesn't burn.

it's a nice steaming process....    it actually tastes more hearty i've discovered...  if you're not sure and the grill is uber hot???     then wrap a layer of aluminum foil around it..

    bonapetite!
