  1. put ice in a bag and carry it with you while running

  2.                                                                                                                      Imagine yourself running in a blinding snowstorm ! Mind over matter hon.

  3. have water, don't run to fast run at your own pace, your burn pretty much the same amount but when you run really fast you over heat

  4. Not overexerting yourself out there. In the summer time it can be bad. One thing I do is just pour water all over myself to cool down.

  5. take out your a/c box in your window and bring it with you to practice carry it around and feel the breeze

  6. Put a bottle of water in the freezer overnight before you go running, then take it out with you while running and keep switching in between your hands every 10-20mins.

    Hope this helps :)

  7. while u are running you can just pull on the front of ur shirt a couple times which will give you a blast of air, or on your back too. you could dump a bottle of water on you. also the best way to breath while you are running so you have more breath is to breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, you can run for longer that way.

  8. just chuck water off yourself

  9. stay in the shade. drink cold water before runnin. maybe apply an ice pack to ur head to keep it as cold as long as you can before burnin up. also u could try to use steady breathing. it helps control your body temperature better. because if your breathin heavily chances are your gettin hot and tired and building ur body temperature. so try those tips out.

  10. Breathe in your nose and out your mouth and make sure to stay hydrated.
