  2. Chug-a-lug-a  Chug-a-lug-a

  3. Pills and booze, kid.  You didn't know?

  4. If you live in Cali, get a marijuana license. It really helps me.

  5. Most anxiety medications can be highly addictive, but some are not.  It depends on what category of drugs they are in.

For an occassional panic episode, Ativan and similar drugs are very helpful.

For generalized anxiety, therapy might be in order, or you may want to use some techniques such as mindfulness, other types of meditation.  If you need guidance but can't afford therapy, there are many types of music and imagery recordings that could be very effective in controlling your anxiety.  I'll list one web site for these materials below.

Good luck.  I know how it is to have severe anxiety, but I also know it can be managed.

  6. Try going to your doctor they sohuld be able to give you some medication to help with it but here is a website to help you in the meantime.

  7. Drugs definitely help.  How can you feel bad about stuff when you are blacked out and drooling on the carpet?

  8. exercise and fresh air outdoors - somewhere away from the busy city areas - maybe in a park.  this has worked wonders for me :-)

  9. I take effexor XR. The only side effect I have is that it makes me sleepy. For that fact, I just take it at night. It's time released so it works throughout the day. I love it and I haven't had an anxiety attack since I've been on it. You do need to take it with food and you can't drink any kind of alcohol while you're on it. Your doctor will be able to tell you what's best for you because there are soooo many different anti - anxiety meds out there. Good luck, :)
