How do you copy a section of your computer screen and paste it somewhere else?

If you mean like a picture of the screen, press the Prtscn button to the right of f12 then open paint, and press edit>paste> then select the area you wish to copy.  as to copying a part of the screen while it is still working, i do not know if that is possible.

right click the mouse n press copy.. then you right click again on to were ever you wunt to put the object and press paste
