How do you copy files onto a dvd-r disk?

i have dvd-r disks and i was wondering, if it is possible how to copy files onto them, if so how??

You just need a dvd burning software to do that, my friends recommend movavi dvd burner to me, it's easy to use and works nice for me, here is a guide about it
