  1. Sujood as-Sahw.

There is a book written on it by Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen.

Check www.fatwa-online.com and www.fatwaislam.com for some relevant fataawa.

Also if you can get the book "The Prophet's Prayer Described" that would help you as well.

  2. you have to do it again properly

  3. If someone makes a verbal mistake, such as pronouncing a word wrongly or misplacing the order of the Qur'anic verses, he or she can simply correct it right away without having to do sujud sahw. However, if someone makes a movement by mistake, like forgetting the middle tashahhud and the like, then this mistake requires sujud for sahw.

  4. well if you already finished your salaah then you pray again.

if you are in the middle of prayer and confused, then you continue with what you remember and do sujud as sahw.  sujud sahw can be done in more than one way.  I only know one of them correctly, therefore I'll give you links to read up on it inshallah.  Also Abul Haarith, and Maria said it very well. (i didn't read everyone else's)

here is the Prophet's Prayer book as Abul Haarith mentioned:

  5. simplly just do sojod al saho

if U have done any thing more just  2 sojood alsaho at the last of the salah will make Ur salah correct

If U forgot some thing not Rukun Like Soorah after fatiha or have a doubt one sajdah or 2 or  U have a doubt if U prayed 3 or 4 in zuhur for example U must get one rekah more and make sojod al saho

    Wallahu Aalam

  6. erm .. u do something .. i forgot

    sorry lol

  7. yes,Sujud as-Sahu or Sawh consists of two Sajda (two prostrations). One can do them before or after uttering salam at the end of prayer. It is reported in Sahih Muslim from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (RA) that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "When any one of you is in doubt about his prayer and he does not know how much he has prayed, three or four Rak'ahs, he should cast aside doubt and base his prayer on what he is sure of, then perform two prostration before giving salutation." [ Bukhari ]

It is reported in Sahih Muslim from Ibn Mas'ud that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "If one increases (i.e. some actions in prayer) or decreases, One has to perform two prostrations."

    Rest Allah knows the best~!
