i suppose the most popular way to spell it is JASMINE but my friends name is JAZMINE (just as you spelt it)

i would say "jasmine" but it depends on how the parents want their kids name to be spelt, or whether the person desperately wants a z in their name or not.

my daughters name is spelt Jasmine but you can spell it anyway you like.  I have seen it spelt with a z and also spelt Jazmyne.....:)  Hope this is of help :)
