How do you count the calories in Friut?

I am on a diet, counting calories diet. But i eat friut. My friut doesnt tell me any calories and I would like to know how much calories are in them. Do you have any ways to find out how to count calories in a friut? For example apple etc??

a medium sized piece of fruit such as an apple or orange has approximately 90 calories
