How do you create a resume for a model

Are the resumes different from a regular type of job. Are there any websites with templates for them that I can look at.

You need examples of your work. A resume isn't always necessary. Start getting your portfolio together to show them.

you'd probably list the publications/appearances you've done instead of positions held

You need to put together a "book".  It's a model's portfolio of her best work, just like an artist.
