How do you create chapters in a video with windows movie maker?

I have videos, but its one steady clip. I want to chop it up and make it into different sections or chapters. How does this work?

Couldn't be simpler...  click the exact spot in the time-line that you want to split the clip, go to the "clip" menu, and choose "split".  Pressing Control + L will do the same thing.
