How do you create flash flv on website?

I don't know much about internet media. How do people create those video on youtube, etc.?

So those latest digital camera will save your recorded video in flash flv format? Is it some model will do that or all of them can do that now? I think u save or convert your video to flash flv format first then you can upload to youtube or other media website.

Is that correct? Any help will be great.
