  1. Energy's Natural.

  2. Unless you're splitting water molecules and doing hydrogen fusion or something, water is only the medium.

Usually, water is moving past a waterwheel (like on a mill, where the water moves the wheel and the wheel moves gears and the gears move the millstones together to grind up grain) or there's a dam (water rushes past turbines, which does something or other with a transformer at some point, and that makes energy.)

Sometimes, the turbines are applied to wave power.  Waves move past turbines out in the ocean a little ways, moving the turbines regularly.

As to how engines make energy out of movement...beats me.  Something with Tesla or generators or something...I'd have to get my dad to explain it to me.

But the usual way is with turbines or a water wheel (kind of a turbine, itself.)

  3. There is no such thing.  Additionally, you cannot create energy, just harness exiting energy and change its form.

You could harness the potential kinetic energy of water, if you dam a stream and run the ater past a turbine, generating electricity.

You could apply voltage through water to electrolyze (seperate) the oxygen and hydrogen, which you could then burn or use in a hydrogen fuel cell.

You could heat the water until it expands into steam, and  use the force of this expansion to do work.

All these are examples where water is a meduim that stores or tranforms energy but water is not the energy source itself.  AGAIN, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS WATER ENERGY.

  4. can't create energy , that's a god thing.

You can harvest energy from running streams or waterfalls with a paddle wheel like you see in the old timey country pictures.

  5. The Hoover dam uses water to create electricity. Its called hydroelectric.
