How do you create your own Aerospace Manufacturing Company?

How would you create your own Aerospace Manufacturing Company, like Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier.

Also, would you be able to name it McDonnell Douglas or Douglas Aircraft Company?

Put your hands on a gigantic *** load of $$,I mean more money than you could ever imagine and then multiply that number by a thousand and thats a start.After the $$,lease or buy a building that has about a million sq. ft.Then hire a bunch of engineers to design the basic structure of the aircraft and all its related systems.Then hire a highly skilled work force to begin fabrication of parts,assemlies and other related components to the aircraft, and finally begin assembly of the actual aircraft.Dont forget about research and development,dont forget about trial and error and above all dont forget about all the parts and pieces that will be destroyed(and the cost of these pieces)to make sure they will withstand the rigors of flight and be granted an airworthiness certificate from the FAA.(Did I forget to mention the feds?)McDonnell Douglas and Douglas Aircraft are both copyrighted and registered trademarks.Using either one of these names in a buisness venture would cause you to get another gigantic pile of $$ to pay lawyers to fight the lawsuit that would drop on you and your company like an atomic bomb.This is not even scratching the surface of starting an aerospace firm,I have a bit of understanding  of the aerospace field,I work for Boeing.Good luck in your future plans.
