How do you create your own Gaia Online Profile Themes?

I know about using sites such as TekTek to get one and pasting it into the theme over-ride, but I wish to make my own and make it way more personal.

Well, if you know how to do CSS Coding, then you could just whip up a random profile. Or on Tektek, there's a link you can click on the profiles pages that says "Submit Profile" where you can make your own.
