How do you crit like the Mage in this video?

I don't know if this video is before BC, please tell me if it is.

I really want to crit for a lot. And I believe Magi can do it for the most for casters. I know it deals with trinkets and buffs. But please list everything else it deals with, all I know are

Trinkets

Gear

Spec

Buffs

Lvl

Anything else that helps a Mage crit like that?

Become the highest Lvl obviously for a start.

Build your spec as a fire mage, focus on the talents that give +spell crit.

For your gear get +int, +spell crit and get enchants for that as well.

As for your buffs, use arcane intellect.

Trinkets... find something with +spell crit and possibly has a use that enhances your +spell crit.
