You should take him to the vet but it is really not that serious my dog has demodectic mange he has to spots on him. The vet has told me with this mange it comes from the mother and also stress. Just get it treated with some med and also a friend of mine has tried the motor oil on his dog and all the hair was back in 3 weeks.
