How do you cure mouth ulcers?

Question

I've got 2 on my upper lip and they hurt!!

I'm barely eating but on the bright side, it'll help me lose weight! Hehe.

Anyways, do you know any cures that cures it quickly? And if it just takes time how long?

(I'm nearly below 100 pounds and I'm 5'4 so I'll be underweight soon and the school will start forcing me to drink milk if this carries on.)

PS: I've tried salt yesterday but today it's still here. How fast is salt supposed to help?

For many years I have been plagued with painful Mouth Ulcers, Small splits in surface of tongue, Dry Mouth,  Finally I found out what has been causing the problem. You wouldn't believe it.

 

After searching for years and seeing many specialists and taking a wide range of medicines. I had just about given up.

 

For many years I have added tomato sauce to my meals about the only thing I did not add it to was my ice cream. Finally after several weeks searching the Internet. One article stated Tomato Sauce would cause these symptoms.

 

So I stopped using it. After one month all of the problems. Painful Mouth Ulcers, Small splits in surface of tongue, Dry Mouth ETC. Have gone away. The normal flow of saliva (containing good bacteria) is now repairing the years of damage the high levels of sugar and acid in the sauce have done to my system.
