  1. Go to your doctor and they will give you drops to put in them. Also, stay out of water for awhile and always always ALWAYS remember to dry your ears after swimming or taking a shower. This will help you from getting it again in the future.

  2. See an ear Doctor to make sure it is not a serious problem. You may need tubes in your ear and it is painless and effective for ear problems.

  3. Tilt your head, fill the outer ear canal with white vinegar. Leave it in for 1 minute. Place a paper towel or something absorbant up to the ear. Tilt head the other way to drain. Repeat twice a day (morning and night) for 3 days. Stay out of the water until it has cleared up. This always works for me and I have been swimming competitively for 40 years - so you KNOW I have spent some time in the water.

  4. First See A Doctor To Make Sure U Actually Have it. If you do they will tell you what to buy to make it better, or they will give you it.  After it is healed, you can buy something called Swim-EAR, you can get it at Wal-Mart and stores like that. It is basicly rubbing alchol, so if you have that you can put a little in your ear. I am on 2 swim teams, and i have always had problems with my ear, and trust me these work.
