How do you curl straight medium length hair?

my hair is really hard to curl and the curls just fall out after like 30 minutes. i dont want to put a lot of styling things in it though or else it will look sticky. is there any advice to curl my hair?

ma by if your up for it try putting foam rollers in your hair while hair is a little wet , sleep on them

at night and then take them out in the morning and finger comb your hair .  you dont need any styling products so it wont be sticky

FIRST GET SOME REALLY GOOD HAIR SPRAY I RECOMMEND SABASTIAN. BUT BEFORE YOU CURL YOUR HAIR WHERE EVER YOU R GOIN TO CURL IT SPRAY THE HAIR SPRAY ON IT WIAT LIKE 10 MIN. SPRAY SOME MORE AND THEN DO IT ONE MORE TIME. THEN GO AHEAD AND CURL IT. THE HAIR SPRAY WILL KEEP IT IN PLACE I NO ALL ABOUT UR CURLS FALLING OUT CUZ MY HAIR IS REALL THICK AND HEAVY. AND I DO THE SAME THING 1 TIME MY CURLS STAYED IN FOR 2 DAYS
