How do you curl your hair if it's naturally straight?

i really need help.. what stuff do you put on your hair before you set it so that the curl is gonna last for many hours?

get a shower the night b4 wene u want it, then take a wad of hair (about 10) then twist it up on top so u have bobbles all over your hair then sleep on it and make sure it dosnt come out. then next day take it out and it should be cute and curly.

with a curling tong.. u need the heat to maintain the curl
