any type of diamond masonry blade...they make them for grinders, circular saws and you can rent a 14 in. masonry saw if you wish...

If it is a small job, a drywall saw would work for it... I dunno if that is the name of the tool exactly tho

Is it real stucco or is it the fake stuff?  (is there foam behind it?).  If it is real. I agree with Dave87gn, us a masonry blade.  otherwise just get a drywall saw.

dont use a drywall saw. use a masonry blade for a circular saw

Very carefully.

Seriously a thin saw blade to prevent chipping as much as possible.  Go to handyman.com and search cutting stucco.

if it were me, I would use an angle grinder with a masonary wheel...
