How do you deal when you're super overwhelmed?

I have so much stuff going on right now. Not like drama c**p, just overloaded with stuff that's taking a lot out of me to handle - a divorce, changing jobs, moving, finishing up some really big projects outside work, etc. and it's like everything has piled up at once, and now it's almost like I'm just not getting ANYTHING done because I'm so overwhelmed and overloaded. Any tips?

  2. relax.take some really deep breaths.handle each issue one by one as per priority.try to get urself into a happier state of mind.think of anything that makes u happy.soon u will be able to take care of all ur issues efficiently.focus only on the positive aspects in all things.trust that All is Well.

  3. just take one task at a time  make a list of which should be done first then do it one task at a time, then mark it off your list  when you see it marked off it doesn't seem so much sorry about your divorce good luck at your new job

I will make a list of the things I need to do then try to tackle them one at a time.  I also  prioritize, very rarely does every thing has to be done at once.  Being able to cross something off my list is a morale booster. I try to finish a job then go to the next. Taking some time out for something you enjoy can energize you and is not a waste of time.

  5. I don't deal well with stress, especially now since I quit drinking.  i try to make a list of priorities that need attention.  I keep that list in a special place and give myself a pat on the back when each thing is finished.

    Life is full of stress.  It doesn't go away, it just changes from day to day.
