I have been dating this guy for a year and he says he loves me but he is always talking about his ex-girlfriend. He sees her all the time and I really think they are still an item. He is the one that broke up with her, but he said, “She loves him to pieces”. He said that she is his best friend and I have nothing to worry about. He even still has a key to her house. I told him that she is never going to move on if he is always there. He still insists they are just friends. He has told me that if we ever break up, he would probably marry her just to help her out. I think I’m being used and he never broke up with her. For the past two weekends he has disappeared and when I asked him where he was, he says he went fishing…alone. I’ve asked him many many times to tell me what’s going on, and he still insists on saying nothing. What should I do? I just want the truth. Should I end this so called relationship?

  1. What's up with him saying "he would probably marry her just to help her out." and having a key to her place. That fool still has feelings for her and at the same time with you and he is really confused. Clarify things with him. I could understand if they have a kid together and has no choice but to deal with her but It's been a year. He should have moved on.

  2. end it

  3. Yes you should end this “so called relationship”. There is a very good chance he is seeing her behind your back. All the signs are pointing to the obvious, he is using you. Get out as fast as you can.

  4. tell him to get back with her. it will happen sooner or later why not now.it will be best for everyone to end the relaionship

  5. I think you need to tell him that its either u or his ex...his ex should remain in his past.. ur supposed to be his best friend now...he should give her back the keys to her house...it sounds like to me he has the best of both worlds...he has a good woman and he can still go back to his ex if he wanted to...he doesnt see what a good person he has in his life...if he doesnt see that then maybe he doesnt deserve to be with you...ive been with my fiance for a little over 5 years and if he was doing this **** i'd be pissed as h**l....but he does not even talk to her anymore...he left her in his past...i hope all goes well for you

  6. Don't be with someone who is like that. The guy I was talking to talked about his ex gf a lot. And to be honest, if he is still talking about his ex gf, no matter if it is in a good way or bad way, he is still not over her yet. Life is hard enough as it is without choosing someone difficult to share it with.

  7. I think you need to express your feelings to him. Because I don't think he know who much it bother you. And you have to really let him know that it serious and it affecting you. Maybe then he will stop and give you some assurance that nothing is really going on. And you also have to trust him or else you will push him right into her arm. So just talk it out and sit him down so that he knows your serious. And maybe then you'll feel better. Hope that Helps.

  8. Obviously if all a guy does is talk about his ex, he probably still has pretty d**n good feelings for her. Do you talk constantly about your ex b/f's? If you don't, then chances are you realized it's in the past and so be it! I think you should end it or get him wised up. Tell him that you don't care about his ex g/f...say are you dating me or your ex g/f?

    That is my thought!

  9. HE WILL GET BACK WITH HER, DUMP HIM BFORE HE DUMPS U, IF HE IS TALKING THAT MUCH ABOUT HER , HE STILL LOVES HER AND STILL IS COMMUNICATING WITH HER

  10. your boyfriend is still in love with him and he is just trying to forget her but hr can't becoz love is not so easy to forget

don't get into him, just be her friend and help him
