Seriously, when some one makes such accusations, people usually get mad and be like, that is not true.  Wise people first search to see if the is any validity to the accusation.

Look at your self in the preverbial mirror, then if you find her accusations to be lies, tell her you don't appreciate it, or if she is truly wicked, ignore the ******.

If the accusations are true, try to better yourself as an individual.

add: If you feel confident enough then you could approach her directly and tell her what you know is going on and you want to know why. Don't put her on the defensive, just act like you are concerned and just want to know. If you get her on the defensive then she might feel backed into a corner and lash out at you.

If you want to resolve this, talk to your dad or go direct to your stepmom to find out the deal. It could be a misunderstanding.

It is very hard being a stepmom just like it's hard being a stepdaughter. Neither of us chose these positions. It just happened to be. Communication is key.

Well, If she was telling other people and if you there, Just say " Are you telling the truth? or say something in front of people that she been lying or telling something about her that is so embarrassing.
