Incoherent, as in uttering senseless rubbish, as in when people are drunk? Or just people who can't easily put a sentence together even when sober? If the former, I go home. If the latter I try and repeat back to them what I think they're trying to say, then again and make sure I have understood.

Those are those people who when they aren't around and you are talking about them with someone else you say "that's Tim for ya." I try to make some sense out of them, or arrange their incoherentness with them to make something logical out of it and if I can't, then I move on with what I know makes sense.

Heh! Or, after they have rambled off something incoherent, take a bright colorful squeaky ball and through it in any direction, really far off. Then carry on about your business. It can be used as a preventative measure as well. When you see them walking towards you, squeak it to get their attention, throw it, then, continue making your copies in peace.

I could easily deal with a colleague who is incoherent as opposed to one like 'KATHY-with-a-K (my coworker)!

She's a free-roaming stupid person who loves to sit and dig in her nose.

As if the world doesn't have enough MRSA to deal with nowadays; she won't even wash her hands after taking a malodorous c**p in the ladies restroom!

"I CAN'T UNDERSTAND A F***ING THING YOUR SAYING".

It's a little vulgar or crass but it usually gets the point across (or gets me fired).

Oh and I too have been to 15 countries and I'm Not in the Bio Sciences.
