  1. The customer is right!

    Thus, you should identify the points of him/ her and make a sale even to this unreasonable customer! This will show you are better!

  3. This is a very good question if you are unable to grab a cust just confuse him by telling techinicality or some strangy thing.

  6. give them a smile, present to them alternatives within what your organization's limits can offer. if 1 area of service can cover the unreasonable demand, offer 2 and charge them for it.

  9. I been in retail along time and you just smile and say oh I am sorry would you like to speak to my manager

    But to tell you a good story, I worked for toys r us and I was picking up the returns to put away and this customer came in and started yelling at the service area girl cussing screaming you could not make this customer happy, she just sat there listened , nodded her head when the customer was Finished and asked her what did she have to say, and I kid you not she said  with a smile"I am sorry that you don't like the service here at toys r us" opened the drawer handed her a application and said " you can make a difference we are accepting applications"  that was the best comeback to a customer I have ever seen
