  1. I think you will be ok, you need family and friends around you and a support group to help you deal with all the emotions one goes through during such a loss.

  2. my dear, my deepest condolences on the loss of this child! No one understands this and sadly in the past mothers were told "Don't worry, you'll have more!"  Guess what, it's not that easy. It VERY important for you and your husband to grieve as you see fit...Anyone here can give you advise, but only you two can deal with this. Keep her close to your heart, and whatever happens in the future, she will always be a part of your family.

I am hoping that you are healthy physically from this. The sad part for a lost child, is that we have no 'title'. An orphan is one who lost parents, a widow loses a spouses. For those of us who lost a child, there is no 'word' for us. That, sometimes, makes it hard to relate.

My li'l girl, that was born at 28 weeks, is buried in Bermuda, so I have no way to visit there. That was in 1975. The hardest thing was explaining to my subsequent children about this 'older' sister. Over time, it will kinda get better. Stay close to your husband, and don't shut each other out. You will always share the bond of this precious angel.....
