  1. It's different for everyone. All I can say is you'll get through it eventually. I've lost my father at age 18, my grandmother who helped raise me the next year and my mother last year. I also lost my marriage. And I lost a lot more. That's just how it is but people do find a way to move on, it's just different for everyone. It helps if you have people who really care around. It also helps if you're occupied. All the best to you.

  2. Wiew Osho's death celebration. How people joyfully celebrate his death.Death is actually an opportunity to merge into oneness,it is the biggest meditation.Ä°t is Osho's words about death. This is also from him:If you really love someone, when (s)he is dead you just let go.If you feel deep grief it does not mean you love but you feel  guilty, you have a feeling of uncompleteness with that person.complete   with him/her ----Whatever you really feel dont judge, all are equally valuable accept, feel that sorrow ect.then it will lead you to peace itself.

  3. First you have to learn to accept it, then you will go for a time grieving, lost my only daughter less than 3years ago.

But I know I will see her again as death is not the end, it is the beginning.

  4. I've had my grandparents all pass away within the last few years. Even one of my younger cousin brothers passed away. It was a really sad time of my life. It still is when I feel them in my heart.

I always remember them for what they brought in this world and to learn whatever they have taught you or you were inspired from.

    Hope this helps

  5. Just take one day at a time and maybe you should seek someone to talk to about your feelings. It never hurts to express you feelings to someone it takes alot of stuff off your mind. Might even make you feel 100% better and you will be ready when they sudden things happen. Good luck

  6. You take it one day at a time.
