You just deal with it. In you lifetime these things are going to happen. They completely dug up my street down to the rebar and relaid it one time. I was working nights at the time and it took them a month. I lived.

Depends on how often this happens and what time of day. If they are doing it in the middle of the night, ask them nicely to please stop. If they continue, call the police.

If they are doing it all day, every day, they must be running an industrial business from home, which is often against the law. Contact your local city hall to find out what to do.
