How do you deal with nasty b*tches...?

There's a whole gang of them at uni. One of them, the ring leader, is obnoxious and a complete backstabbing b*tch. When someone leaves the room she'll say hideous things bout them, and I know she doesn't like me. I find the whole thing stressful. How do I deal with this?

theres always a group of girls who are soo insecure with themselves that they make themselves feel better by making fun,being mean,etc. just be very confident around them and never talk sht on them because your just doing the same thing they are, ignore it, theyll get over it

You just go through it and avoid her as much as possible. I had to work with nasty b*****s in a home health company, all women, 95 percent b*****s and I stuck it out as long as I could but I quit and got another job because very weekend I had knots in my stomach all weekend knowing Monday was just around the corner. You will not be around these people forever, and when you're done you never have to see any of them again.

get someone that you know who is a BIGGER ***** and get her to deal with them. trust me i got one of my friends whos a girl who isnt a ***** but when she is...SHE IS A BIG ONE. and she took care of some girl who was being a little ***** to me and it was really annoying.

if everyone is botherd by her get a bunch of people on your side

then tell her off infront of everyone  a bunch of people and then youll be surprised in which how many people come on your side.

sometimes even there closest friends turn out to be annoyed.

I encountered a similar group of girls at my college. There's no easy way to deal with them. Ignore them the best that you can. I had to transfer to get away from them.

Ignore them. She says nasty things about you, you're saying nasty things about her.

The only way to get away from mean people is to move somewhere where no one is and never go near people. There is no way to make them stop talking about you.

That is stressful and never a fun situation.  My advice is just ignore them and accept the fact that ya she probably is talking S**t about you behind your back but why do you care!  Just know she will never have any true friends because everyone will know not to trust her.

Well, thats easy, ignore it. If its some stupid drama and girls wanna act like that ignore it, and if they approach you say "This is so immature and a waste of my time" and walk away, easy as that. But dont say you got this advice from a 13 year dude! lol

You ignore them and live your life. You will probably meet people like her your whole life, just in different circumstances. Don't be so trusting of people around you and just focus on studying and you'll be fine. Hang out with your real friends if you have any and don't talk about the group she is in. Do your own thing and just be yourself. These people don't matter, and you shouldn't feel stressed over it. Believe me, I totally know how you feel, but they will never change, so just ignore their attitude and don't pay attention to them. Or confront them. If you can't find it in you to do that, let it go and move on. It's not worth worrying about.

Walk up to her and slap the bltch and tell her to shut the fu*k up and quit talking behind peoples back.  Make sure you have a little backup of your own.  Option #2 - Hire a body guard to knock some sence into her.

Ignore her and live your own life. i know that sounds like a counsler thing but it actually works. If it keeps going on though, give her a piece of your mind, and make sure to make your point so clear that she can't say anything back.

It's the hardest thing to do, but just ignore them!  The more you talk to her, the more you give her to talk sh*t about.  Stay strong, and don't let girls like that bother you!
