Find out what the company policy is.  Try to deal with it diplomatically from my end first. Report it to the correct chain of command. If that does not work-take it to the union.

I hate being bullied.

especially when your coworkers and the boss are together on it.

i feel as if nothing will solve the problem. even if one leaves their job, their bullies will continue to spread bad things about them to ppl in other companies to stop you from coming up.

the worst part is getting a new job..they ask for a recommendation from your previous employee.
