How do you deal with people that have hurt you?

Different situations warrant different responses. But overall, when someone does something i don't like, they become like a stranger to me. Its like they don't even exist.

When I've been hurt I usually "retreat" and lay low for a while. I try and stay away from that person for a while. But, when I feel I'm strong enough I talk to them about how they hurt me and how that made me feel. Communication is key. I don't like revenge and waiting for something to blow over, well, you could be left waiting forever.

I def tell them how I feel, sometimes with a little too much of honesty, sometiems if they really hurt me, I bring up things that they have done to hurt me in the past.

then if they keep it up i just cut them out of my life..they text me, call, me message me do whatever and I will ignore the s*** out of them..once you hurt me over and over again and you aware that it bothers me then I dont bother with you anymore.

Then unless they make me laugh (under certain circumstances) i will forgive but never forget and I will be more aware of the persons insecurities and cunning ways..if i really love that person i will give them another chance but not another another and another..lol.

when ive been hurt it depends on the situation. if someone hurts me that is a friend ill tell them. ill tell them whats bothering me.

but other times ill just move on. i dont like having problems with people.

stay away from them til they say sorry!! its hard 2 forgive but i have 2 do it! sometimes i wait 4 it to blow over :]

I have to confront the problem, I ask them why did they do it. I'll try to hide my emotions but  they usually show on my face any way. If I'm really angry I tend to throw things about. But I don't double-cross them.

I usually don't tell them, because I believe that a person already knows they've hurt me. I don't go behind their backs. Not ever. Even if I have a ton of dirt on them that I could use to bury them, I won't---not even if they have thrown me under the bus first. I may have a private tantrum or two, get very upset and spend time alone.  If it's going to blow over, great, but I'm not going ot be the one to initiate reconciliation.  I guess ultimately if the person doesn't own up to what they did I leave their life for good without any explanation. No person is exempt from having this happen, not even those closest to me. If someone close to me is foolish enough to hurt me that bad in the first place, I no longer have use for them.

I basically do all of those things. It really depends on what happened.

I usually start a rumor behind their backs or get violent, but if it's something small I just ignore them and give them the finger. :D

It really depends on who it is and the situation and my mood. Sometimes I leave it alone and wait for it to blow over. Sometimes I stay away from that person. For the most part I do tell them right away.  When I was younger I would go behind their backs. I'm not a violent person but if you put your hands on me it WILL be a problem.

Usually my facial expression gives me away, so I don't hide the fact that I am mad. I usually just cut them off. If they bring it up, I'll argue and then I'll be over it. If they don't bring it up, most likely I'll make the cut permanent. I don't talk about them much.
