How do you deal with pushy or rude strangers when out and about?

Ignore them and go on my way.  If they come looking for trouble, I ignore them again.  If they insist on a confrontation, then they will have one on their hands.

I do my best to get away from them. If I can't then I get rude back.

i usually act rude back to see if the person is a danger.  in california you cant be too careful, better stick with your own rat pack.

I usually ignore them, or try to be really sweet & nice...that makes them really look like a jerk to everyone else!  (And I don't have to get down to their level!)
