  2. Doing some gardening, like planting some flowers.When it blooms,it uplift my spirit  hence decreases the stress that I feel.

  3. Go to sleep. Then do some maths exercices!! It helps for an hour or two. Then go back to sleep. Sweet dreams...

  5. I eat.. Thats why I have to be on a diet all the time so then when I am stressed I wont have to stay fat long lol.. I also like to plan trips when I am stressed or think of new business Ideals and I like to go shopping with other peoples money :) So yall can donate if yall like.. I have had a stressful time lately :(

    Most of the times we dont realize that are stressed, but when I feel "tired" and that everything bothers me,..... I paint.

    I sit in a comfortable place, viewing the garden, listenning nice music  and paint for long time.

    That is a good therapy for me. After a time, I forgot all that was in my mind and find some calm.

    That is not permanent, but it helps.

  16. Dealing with stress is pretty hard for me... because dealing with friends, school (I go to a private school, so homework is doubled plus I have tests almost every day), and chores around the house.  

    Well when I'm stressed, I take a nice long shower or go to a place where it's quiet or calm and relax.  My place is at my grandparents' house because it seems like is far away from stress and plus it's a very comfortable environment over there.

    I also take tai chi lessons which is good for "letting everything go" and concentrating on inner energy.  (You can actually feel the energy going through, which is really odd)

    Those are my suggestions for an overstressed life like mine.  :3
