  1. I'm a wuss. I don't put myself in situations that allow rejection. As for frustration, I usually bottle it up and let it all out at once when my computer is running slowly or I stub my toe.

  2. Keep on living.  Get up each morning and thank God for another day.  Some times it is hard just to put one foot in front of the other because of your question; yet we must not let society dictate to us. Love, peace and the belief to see the goodness of God while on this side of eternal life, is about all one is able to do. So bottom line, those things shall come, it is your reaction to rejection and frustration, that shall make all the difference, it may take some alone time once in a while.  We must not get too caught up in the games others use to try to bring about our destruction.  Usually if one is digging a pit they shall fall into it them self.  Keep on living, God shall never reject or cause you to be overly frustrated; with out delivering you.  Remember let us all try to live moment by moment and we shall over come. Peace in.

  3. cry looooooooooooads and then sit alone until i have calmed down. Im a bit of a loner..so I like to deal with things myself...but the odd time..when i really am so emotionally frustrated..all i need is to talk to my boyfriend..or a hug from him..and it's helps loads to know that I don't have to deal with things on my own anymore.

  4. All of us face rejection and frustration ,some times in life ,we must not dwell on it ,but move ahead and regard it as a mistake to be corrected

  6. I act like i don't care in public, then i go home shut the door and then cry..

  7. crying, thinking about the problematic situation and ways of resolving it but if I have no control over such a problem then after some time I accept it, cry a little bit more and then realise that it was meant to be that way and finally move on :-)

  8. It is not easy.  I am in the process of my second Divorce.  This one almost 30 years.  I give unconditionally and get used and hurt and seems to happen in my life too.  You have to just keep plugging along and try to do the best you can.  that is all we can do, all i want is for a man to love me and let me cook and clean and take care of our home and him, and that is all i know.  I have to take care of me and it is so hard,  life is hard.  Good Luck
