How do you deal with stress easily over expensive eyeglasses?

i have an bad eyesight and my glasses are always expensive and i dont know what to do about please help me and i really need some help

I always think of it as a tax write-off...medical expense!!

plus I have a flex spending acct to take care of such medical costs when it occurs...it also helps if you know someone who works in the field, usually employees can give "friends & family" discounts

Well. If you do not have insurance it is a good idea to put money away every month and save for glasses, you know that it is an expense you will always have, so plan for it. If you have actual low income, then see what programs you might be able to qualify for. Mine are expensive as well because my Rx is really bad. I work for the Eye Doctor, so I get great discounts.
