How do you deal with stress??

i am having a lot of trouble with stress and my parents aren't helping they are just adding to the problem.........

help!

  1. Everyone gets stressed out.

    Try evaluting your lifestyle, are you in too many activities? Not enough time in the day? try to cut out  things in your life that seem to be the source of all the stress.

    also try excercising (running, yoga) or simply stretching everyday removes stress.  or for a quick fix try taking a relaxing bubble bath and clear your mind. =]


  2. two things..journal, work out.

  3. Listen to music, lay down, get a shower, etc. These things all help me at least a little when I am stressed out.

  4. I take paxil, risperdal, and klonopin to deal with my severe anxiety/stress and tourettes.
