How do you deal with the climate (in your home) when it's humid outside?

It's so humid and I can feel how sticky it's making everything feel. My hair feels like it's frizzing up and it's just uncomfortable. It was more comfortable in my house yesterday when it was 85 degrees and sunny. It's 75 degrees and humid and it bites. Is there anything to make yourself more comfortable? I tried opening the window for a breeze, but the air is dead and heavy with all this moisture!
