  1. Not mine ------but the other ,I was flatered --- thought it was cool ,all those queations .Jealosy is projection , and it is dangerous.Jealously is one component of controlling.Freakey controlling.Insecurity which can morph to irrational aggresion.Jealous people are insecure in their nature ,covet their neigbors (lovers ) success, and wish for failure. Jealous people might learn from Machiaveli ,provided they can read and understand things outside themselves.

  2. It is difficult to deal with people who are jealous.  However, it is important to empathize with them or at least try to understand them.  Here are links on how to understand and deal with jealous people:

And yet, it is a separate story on how to deal with BEING jealous.  He is another link:

    Hope these help. ^_^

  3. I don't, I just let it grow into a big bitter ball in the middle of my gut which will probably turn into cancer one day.

  4. Learning that you don't have the right to control or own another person is a start. And at least you reconngnise it!

Being able to trust them, talk about anything openly without defensiveness, i.e "What ya doing" ( trying to connect and touch base with where partner is at- females do this a lot, even by phone), answer "Nothing, why, why you always asking, why you keeping tabs on me"... type of response, is not a good indicator of good communication.

Being confident enough in yourself to  know that if  you weren't with them in your particular relationship, you'd be fine and still be a worthwhile human being.

Maybe this makes sense or not, hope you get a good answer.

  5. Just really think about the flaws of who you are jealous of.  It sounds kind of mean but you will ealize that you are better and you dont want really want to be like them or intimidated by them after all.

  6. Pray for the person.  Seriously.   For instance, if you are jealous of your best friends new car, then pray to God-thank Him for blessing your neighbor with such a beautiful car, and ask Him to help you with your jealousy.

    I promise it works!

  7. If it's not sexual jealousy (for which there is no cure, and no hope of cure), but really just envy, the cure is very simple:  Be glad for the person you're envious of.  If you get a chance, and it's appropriate, congratulate them.  You'd be surprised at how good it can feel.

  8. you just need to accept it.

i know it sounds hard and it might take long but thats how i stop.
